About the studio
bilal.agency is a web design studio founded by M Bilal Asgher. Three people: one designs, two build, in Figma and then Webflow or Framer. Nothing is thrown over a wall to a contractor you never meet, and clients work directly with the people making their site, from the first call through to launch.

Scope in writing, first
Nothing starts until what is being built, what is not, and what it costs are agreed in writing.
Design approved before build
You sign off the design in Figma before a single page is built, because changes are cheapest there.
The designer stays in the room
When a design decision meets a technical constraint, the people who made both decide it together.
Credit where it is due
Every case study names who designed it, who built it and who ran it.
Where it started
Before the studio, Bilal worked as a contract Webflow developer, including for the US company Revscale from September 2023 to January 2024. He, Shammas and Ashar started working together in mid-2024, and the studio was founded as bilal.agency in January 2025.
